What Happens After We Receive Your Return
Once your item arrives back to us, we will:
- Inspect the item to confirm it meets our return conditions.
- Approve or decline the refund based on its condition and eligibility.
If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund. This can take up to
14 days from the date we receive the return.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the
same payment method you used at checkout.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional
3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
What Is Not Refunded
Please note that the following are typically
not refundable:
- Original shipping charges
- Return shipping costs, if the item is not defective or incorrectly sent
