ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGE POLICY

At Stagshopper, operated by JOSE ASPEN ROSE SVENDSEN LLC, we process orders quickly to ensure your winter gear arrives as fast as possible. Because we aim for efficiency, there is a limited window of time to cancel or make changes to your order. Please review our policy below to understand your options.
1. ORDER PROCESSING OVERVIEW
- Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST).
- Orders are transmitted to our fulfillment center immediately after the cut-off time to begin the quality control and packing process.
2. CANCELLATION REQUESTS
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placement.
How to Cancel: Send an urgent email to support@stagshopper.com with the subject line: “URGENT: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]”.
If the request is made within the 12-hour window and the order has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. ORDER CHANGES (PRODUCT, SIZE, OR QUANTITY)
If you realize you selected the wrong size, color, or quantity for your hoodie, jacket, or sweater:
- Changes can only be made if the order has not yet entered the processing stage.
- Please contact our Arizona support team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is sent to our fulfillment team.
4. SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
Accuracy is vital for successful delivery. If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us within the 12-hour window. Stagshopper is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer if the change request was received after the package was processed.
5. SHIPPED ORDERS
Once an order has been marked as “Shipped” and a tracking number has been generated:
- The order cannot be canceled or modified.
- If you no longer want the items, you must wait for the package to arrive and then follow our Return & Refund Policy to send the items back for a refund. Please note that return shipping costs will apply for change-of-mind returns.
6. DUPLICATE ORDERS
Sometimes technical glitches result in duplicate orders. If you accidentally placed two identical orders, please contact us immediately. We will cancel the duplicate order and issue a full refund, provided it has not been processed for shipment.
7. PAYMENT & TRANSACTION ISSUES
Failed Payments: If your payment fails or is declined by your bank, your order will not be processed. Please ensure your billing information matches your card records exactly.
Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change. We do not offer price matching or retroactive discounts if a product goes on sale after your order is placed.
8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & STOCK CHANGES
In rare cases, a specific winter item may become unavailable after you place your order. If this happens, we will notify you immediately via email. You will have the option to: Replace the item with an alternative, wait for a restock, or receive a full refund for the unavailable item.
9. SECURITY & FRAUD PREVENTION
To protect our customers, Stagshopper uses advanced fraud detection systems. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. In such cases, we may verify your identity; if we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order will be canceled and refunded in full.
10. HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST
For all cancellation or change requests, please provide:

- ✅ Specific Details of the change or reason for cancellation.
