1. SHIPPING SCOPE & PARTNERS

Currently, we provide shipping services within the United States. To ensure the safety and speed of your delivery, we partner with world-class logistics providers, including:

3. ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) – Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.

4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME (BUSINESS DAYS: MON-FRI)

Our processing and transit times are calculated based on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 – 11 business days.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s official website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

• If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at support@stagshopper.com.
• We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed or shipped.
• Stagshopper is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

A package is considered delivered once the carrier’s tracking system marks it as “Delivered.” Please ensure a secure location for drop-off. If the tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

8. DELAYS, LOSS, AND DAMAGE

Delays: While we aim for on-time delivery, external factors such as extreme weather, carrier delays, or high seasonal volume may cause slight adjustments.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a resolution (replacement or refund).

9. MULTI-ITEM ORDERS

For orders containing multiple items (e.g., a jacket and a hoodie), we generally strive to ship all items in a single package. However, items may occasionally be shipped in separate parcels depending on stock. You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.

10. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

If a package is returned to us as “Undeliverable” due to an incorrect address or refusal of the package, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

11. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has entered the processing stage (Handling Time), we are unable to cancel or make changes.
