DMCA COPYRIGHT POLICY
Last Updated: April 27, 2026
Stagshopper, operated by JOSE ASPEN ROSE SVENDSEN LLC, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have implemented the following policy to address claims of copyright infringement on our website, stagshopper.com.
1. COMMITMENT TO COPYRIGHT PROTECTION
We are dedicated to protecting the original works of creators, including photographers, designers, and writers. Stagshopper does not tolerate the unauthorized use of copyrighted material. We strive to ensure that all content on our site—from our winter fashion imagery to our product descriptions—is used legally and ethically.
2. WHAT CONSTITUTES COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT?
Copyright infringement occurs when a copyrighted work is reproduced, distributed, performed, publicly displayed, or made into a derivative work without the permission of the copyright owner. Examples of infringement include, but are not limited to:
- Unauthorized Imagery: Using our professional product photos of hoodies, jackets, or sweaters on other websites without permission.
- Content Scraping: Copying and pasting our unique product descriptions or “About Us” narratives.
- Design Replication: Reproducing exclusive clothing designs or graphic patterns without authorization.
- Logo Misuse: Using the Stagshopper brand identity for commercial gain elsewhere.
3. HOW TO FILE A DMCA NOTICE
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with a written
“DMCA Notice” containing the following information:
- Identification of the Work: A detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of Infringing Material: The exact URL or location on stagshopper.com where the material is located so we can find it.
- Your Contact Information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a “good faith belief” that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
4. WHERE TO SEND YOUR DMCA NOTICE
To ensure the fastest processing, all DMCA notices should be sent via email with the required subject line:
Email: support@stagshopper.com
Subject Line: DMCA Notice
5. REVIEW AND ACTION PROCESS
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA Notice, Stagshopper will take the following steps:
- Expeditious Removal: We will move quickly to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notification: We will notify the individual who posted the content (if applicable) that the material has been removed.
- Counter-Notice: If the individual believes the material was removed by mistake, they may submit a counter-notification, after which we will follow the legal steps to resolve the dispute.
6. COUNTER-CLAIMS AND FALSE REPORTING
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees. If you are unsure whether the material on our site infringes your copyright, we recommend contacting an attorney before filing a notice.
7. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
Stagshopper takes intellectual property violations seriously. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or access of any users, vendors, or contributors who are found to be
“repeat infringers”—those who have been notified of infringing activity and/or have had content removed from our site on more than two occasions.
8. POLICY UPDATES
Stagshopper reserves the right to modify, alter, or update this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. It is the user’s responsibility to review this policy periodically for any changes.
