Returns & Exchanges – Stagshopper
We appreciate you choosing Stagshopper and hope you love your purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, our return and exchange process is designed to be clear and customer-friendly. Just follow the guidelines below and we’ll work it out together.
What Items Are Eligible for Return?
We accept returns on most items, as long as they meet all of the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All original tags and labels are still attached.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- You provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or confirmation email.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Return Period
You may request a return within
30 days from the date you receive your item.
If more than 30 days have passed, we are generally unable to accept the return. However, you can still contact us in case of special circumstances, and we’ll review it individually.
How to Start a Return Request
To begin a return, email us at
support@stagshopper.com
and include:
- Your order number and full name
- A brief explanation of the reason for the return
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation)
- A photo or video of the product (especially helpful for damaged or incorrect items)
Once we receive your request, we will review it within
72 hours and reply with the next steps and return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Here’s how return shipping works:
- If you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or a defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For all other returns (such as change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or style preference), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method so the package does not get lost in transit.
Please note that
original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We’re happy to arrange an exchange in situations such as:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The size or variant received is different from what you ordered.
- There is a clear manufacturing flaw.

Refunds
If your return is approved for a refund, it will be issued to the
original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are typically processed within
5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
Important Notes
- Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or denied.
- Returned products must meet the eligibility guidelines above to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- We do not accept returns for items marked Final Sale, Custom Orders, or Gift Cards, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
- If an item is returned in used condition, or without original packaging and tags, we may apply a restocking fee or decline the return.
