Shipping Policy – Stagshopper

Because we care for the planet as much as we care for you, this Shipping Policy explains how your order moves from us to you in a responsible and transparent way.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, we are not yet shipping internationally. As we grow in a conscious and sustainable way, we look forward to extending our reach beyond U.S. borders in the future.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories. This helps reduce lost shipments, unnecessary re-routing, and avoidable waste.

Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your items with care.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri) typically begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.
  • During high-demand seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Each package is packed with care, and we do our best to minimize waste throughout the process.

Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order leaves our facility, it typically arrives within 2–4 business days.

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Remote or rural delivery addresses
  • Weather-related interruptions
  • Carrier delays
  • Holiday-related volume surges

If your order has not arrived by the 7th business day after shipment, please contact us and we’ll assist you.

We partner with reliable carriers who align with our values and service standards, including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Our systems select the most efficient route based on your delivery location and current carrier conditions, aiming for both reliability and reduced impact where possible.

Shipping Cost

We keep shipping simple and transparent:

  • Flat Rate: $6.99 for all U.S. orders.
  • No hidden handling fees at checkout.

From time to time, we may offer free or promotional shipping. Be sure to keep an eye on your email for updates and special offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with real-time updates so you can:

  • See when your order has been dispatched
  • Follow its journey to your address
  • Confirm when it’s delivered

If tracking has not updated after 72 hours, please reach out and we will look into it with the carrier.

If Something Goes Wrong

We’re here to help if:

  • Tracking has not updated in over 5 days.
  • Your order is marked “delivered” but you have not received it.
  • Your items arrive damaged, defective, or incomplete.
  • It has been 7 business days since shipment and your order has still not arrived.

We typically respond within 1 business day and will work with you and the carrier toward a fair resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or carrier investigation depending on the situation.
