Browse our online store, select your desired garment, choose the appropriate size and color based on our charts, and click “Add to Cart.” When finished, proceed to our secure checkout page to enter your shipping details and complete your transaction.

Do I need to register an account?

Account registration is optional. You may check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to view order history, manage shipping addresses, and receive faster support for your winter apparel purchases.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer a transparent, flat-rate shipping model of $6.99 for all domestic orders within the United States. There are no hidden handling surcharges.

What is the total delivery timeline?

  • Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
  • Transit Time: 5 – 8 business days (Mon-Fri) via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6 – 11 business days.

How can I track my package?

Once your order is dispatched, an automated Shipping Confirmation Email will be sent to you containing a unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s portal.

4. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Can I change or cancel my order?

We allow a 12-hour window from the time of order placement for any changes or cancellations. Please contact support@stagshopper.com immediately with your order number. Once the handling process begins, the order cannot be modified.

What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Please notify us within the 12-hour window. If the package has already been shipped to the address provided at checkout, we are unable to redirect it, and the customer will be responsible for costs associated with re-shipping.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. To initiate a return, please email our support team for authorization.

Are there restocking fees?

No. We believe in fair service; therefore, we charge $0.00 for restocking or administrative processing of returns.

How long until I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 – 10 business days.

What if my item arrives defective or damaged?

Quality is our priority, but if an item arrives damaged, please email us at support@stagshopper.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the defect, and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

How do I ensure a perfect fit?

We provide a detailed Size Chart on every product page. We recommend measuring a hoodie or jacket that fits you well and comparing those dimensions to our chart before ordering.

Will the product look like the photo?

We use high-resolution photography to represent our apparel as accurately as possible. Please understand that minor color variations may occur due to studio lighting or individual monitor calibration.
