We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, we are not yet shipping internationally. As we grow in a conscious and sustainable way, we look forward to extending our reach beyond U.S. borders in the future.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories. This helps reduce lost shipments, unnecessary re-routing, and avoidable waste.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your items with care.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri) typically begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.
During high-demand seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Each package is packed with care, and we do our best to minimize waste throughout the process.

What Items Are Eligible for Return?
We accept returns on most items, as long as they meet all of the following conditions:
The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
All original tags and labels are still attached.
The item is returned in its original packaging.
You provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or confirmation email.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item.
If more than 30 days have passed, we are generally unable to accept the return. However, you can still contact us in case of special circumstances, and we’ll review it individually.

Return Shipping Costs

If you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or a defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
For all other returns (such as change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or style preference), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method so the package does not get lost in transit.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges

The size or variant received is different from what you ordered.

Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or denied.
Returned products must meet the eligibility guidelines above to qualify for a refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns for items marked Final Sale, Custom Orders, or Gift Cards, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
If an item is returned in used condition, or without original packaging and tags, we may apply a restocking fee or decline the return.
Payment Methods
At Stagshopper, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Please note that full payment must be completed before we can process and ship your order.
Upon receiving your order, we will perform a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Your card will be charged once the authorization is approved. The funds received will serve as a deposit for the total value of the goods you are purchasing. Once your order has been dispatched and a confirmation email is sent, the amount paid will be considered full payment for the items listed in the confirmation.
As our products are personalized and hand-crafted to your specific design and requests, production will only begin after your payment has been confirmed.
To complete your payment, simply click on the “Proceed To Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” buttons on our website. You will then be redirected to the payment-processing website, where you can pay using either your credit card or PayPal account. The payment will be processed by PayPal, and the transaction will appear on your credit card statement as PayPal.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, whether via PayPal or your credit/debit card.
We ensure that your credit card information is not processed through or stored on stagshopper.com servers, and no details are shared with third parties.
