RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Stagshopper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your winter wardrobe. If your hoodie, jacket, or sweater isn’t the perfect fit or doesn’t meet your expectations, we are here to help. Our return and refund process is designed to be fair, simple, and transparent, adhering to the highest standards of consumer protection.

1. RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return or exchange. After this 30-day period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return and ensure a successful refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • Condition: The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
  • Tags & Packaging: All original tags and branding must remain attached. The item should be returned in its original protective packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number) is strictly required to process your request.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:
  • Items that show clear signs of use (including makeup stains, perfume odors, or pet hair).
  • Items damaged by the customer due to improper care, washing, or handling.
  • Items missing original tags or essential packaging components.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please follow these professional steps:
  1. Contact Support: Email our dedicated team at support@stagshopper.com with your Order Number and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Review: Our team will review your request within 24-48 business hours. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and specific instructions for your shipment.

5. RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Packaging: Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit. Please include your order slip inside.

Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Stagshopper is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

6. RETURN FEES & RESTOCKING

Restocking Fee: $0.00. We do not charge any restocking or administrative processing fees for returns.

Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), Stagshopper will provide a prepaid return label.

7. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team:
  • We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and update you on the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Method: Approved refunds will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Timeline: Please allow 5 – 10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

8. EXCHANGES

To ensure you receive your desired size or color as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and simultaneously placing a new order on our website. This prevents items from going out of stock while your return is in transit.

9. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or is not what you ordered:
  • Please contact us at support@stagshopper.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photographs of the damage or the incorrect item received.

In verified cases of defect or error, Stagshopper will cover all costs for a replacement or provide a full refund, including original shipping charges.

10. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If the 10-business-day window has passed and you haven’t received a refund:
  • Double-check your bank account or PayPal statement.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take several days before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank directly to inquire about pending credits.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@stagshopper.com.

11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. Once the order has entered the processing/handling phase, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, please follow the standard return process once the package arrives.
